ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT I - 6546

Norfolk, VA

RS&H is currently seeking an administrative assistant to join our team. This position will work a hybrid approach. As part of the Federal team, you'll serve an integral role in the firm by providing routine clerical and administrative support; coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments; assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents; coordinating and booking travel and assisting in preparing and submitting expense reports; and serving as a point of contact and resource for visitors.

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent. Additional education and prior administrative/clerical experience is preferred. 
  • Possess basic knowledge of administrative duties and be proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Possess solid oral and written communications skills, as well as attention to detail, and strong organization and prioritization.
  • Have the ability to effectively interact with and build relationships with others.
  • Lift 20 pounds or more

work will include managing office supplies and cleaning around the office
